RI President-elect John Kenny unveiled the theme, The Future of Rotary Is in Your Hands, on Monday 19th January during the opening plenary session of the International Assembly , an annual training event in San Diego, California, USA, for incoming district governors.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Rotarians are volunteers and work around the world to provide humanitarian services and encourage high ethical standards on all vocations and help goodwill and peace throughout many communities.The Whitehaven Rotary Club meet every Tuesday at the Chase Hotel, Whitehaven. Members enjoy each others' fellowship and discuss the club's services and goals. 1st and 3rd Tuesday are Evening Meetings; 7pm, 2nd and 4th Tuesday are Lunchtime 12:30pm. If there is a 5th Tuesday in the month, this is a social Evening. |
