Youth Opportunities: We have had successes in Young Chef, Young Writer and Young Photographer. Youth Speaks is to be organised.
Membership: We have out first lady member, and there will be a membership evening on 18th May.
Charter Night There was a discussion about cancelling reciprocal arrangements for free meals for visiting Presidents, but it was decided that for the time being the status quo will be maintained. The Guest Speaker will be the widow of Fred Dibnah. The regalia is ordered and should be here at the end of April.
Tom Stout suggested considering the holding of joint
Charters, given the fall in membership in some local Clubs.
AOB Egremont will find it difficult to staff Crab Fair in view of a decline in numbers, and they would welcome help from neighbouring Clubs.
