The outlay for this project was 45K and the profit 4K Cockermouth Dance 28.8.08 was attended by Gordon & Irene Keswick Northern Area District meeting was attended by Gordon , David Saxon and Paul Berry President Gordon was presented with a cheque for 600 GBP by Cllrs Southward and Branney from the neighbourhood forums for RYPEN & RYLA |

Member’s Announcements: 1] Richard Stout: Requests that members return the Distington Bypass raffle ticket stubs and money to him a.s.a.p. 2] Anthony Payne: Reminded members that the team quiz competition will soon be starting and issued appropriate dietary advice! 3] Ronnie Proudfoot: Thanked club members for their generous support of the forthcoming Race Night on 17.10.08. Tickets for the event will be available from next week. Cost 6GBP to include a buffet. 4] Harry Harper: A social night has been arranged on 30.9.08 at Moresby Social Club. Betty is on holiday so the meal will be fish & chips or pie & peas. |
