Kells Infant School
has been presented with 30 sets of paints: a photo shoot and chat with the art
teacher and pupils is planned: the Christmas painting competition was unable to
be organised, so another one will be suggested.

Club Members’ Announcements Donald
Brownrigg announced that Rebecca (our sponsored
chef) had won the County Final and progresses to the District Final in Colwyn
Bay on 20th March: it was decided that we will provide her with an
apron with logo and “Whitehaven Rotary Club”, and pay expenses of £50. St Benedict’s will host next year’s
competition, and we will be involved.
Young Writer - our winner will get a poetry book and a small
trophy, marked by a photo opportunity.
