Harry & Gordon Southward plan to visit St Benedict’s on Thurs (9th) to give a presentation about Shelter-boxes.

Final of the Young Chef Competition to be held on Wed (8th) at St Benedict’s.  (4.30 to 6.00 pm.)  Rotarians are invited to attend.

Update on teddy bears – 8 bears have so far raised approx £770.

 

Meeting: 

Mike Naylor from Wasdale gave an entertaining talk based on the World’s Biggest Liar competition.

The vote of thanks was proposed by Gordon Southward.

Fellowship Officer: Richard Stout told a “true” story about a forgetful nonagenarian couple.
