Minutes of the Previous S G M: Approval of the Minutes of the SGM of 6^th December 2005 as a correct record of the meeting were proposed by Rtn Terry and seconded by PP Phil and unanimously accepted.

Matters Arising: None

Election of President of the Club: It was proposed by President Anthony that current V-P Paul be elected President for Rotary Year 2007/’08 and seconded by Rtn David Saxon. The election was unanimous.

Election of Officers of the Club for Rotary Year 2007/’08:
