Election of Club President - To approve Tony Parker as President of the Rotary Club of Whitehaven for the Rotary year 2012-13: proposed Anthony Payne, seconded Jim Isherwood - carried unanimously.

Accounts: To receive and approve the Club accounts for Rotary year ended 30^th June 2011: it was noted that the Foundation donation was still to be paid. The accounts were approved: proposed Anthony Payne, seconded Jim Isherwood. The outgoing Treasurer Gordon Southward thanked Frank Todhunter and Tom Stout for their help in drawing up the accounts during his period of ill-health.
