Kids Out

We try and give under privilaged children a special day out each year, we call this special day "Kids Out". This year Mayor of Copeland gives cheery wave as this years " Kids Out "sets off for Muncaster Castle and Laal Ratty... A fun day was had by all.

"Kids Out" is organised throughout the UK by Rotarians.

First Vice President Gordon Southward reported the success of the Kids Out event in June when 16 children from Copeland were taken to the La’al Ratty and Muncaster Castle for the day; they enjoyed the timeless pleasures of steam engine travel, owl world, steam traction engine and vole world.
